Refundor service pricing

Standard fee

Here is how our pricing works:

• No fees or charges apply if Refundor is not successful in claiming compensation from the airline
• Refundor retains 25% from any successfully claimed compensation and 25€ per passenger as service fee

The same pricing applies both to flight compensation claims and extra expenses claims. There are no upfront fees.

Legal action fee

If the airline refuses compensation payment, or if it's quicker and / or more more effective to start a legal action against the airline, Refundor will do that. In this case, due to extra costs that come with legal proceedings (court fees, translation costs, attorney fees, etc.), Refundor will retain 50% from any successfully claimed compensation.

The same applies to extra expenses claims.
