1. General
We work on a no win, no fee basis. Your claim is submitted and handled by our authorised claim processing partner at no upfront cost to you. This Price List applies to compensation claims under EU Flight Compensation Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 and equivalent regulations.
2. Submitting Your Claim Is Free
There is no charge for submitting your claim. Our partner pursues your claim at no cost to you. If compensation is not recovered from the airline, you owe nothing.
3. Service Fee
If your claim is successful and compensation is received from the airline, a service fee is deducted. The fee covers all work done on your behalf — communication with the airline, claim management, and follow-ups.

4. Legal Proceedings
If a direct settlement with the airline cannot be reached, or where taking legal action would be more effective, our claim processing partner may initiate court proceedings. In such cases a higher service fee applies to cover the additional costs involved — such as court fees, translation, and legal representation.

5. VAT
VAT is applied in line with applicable law. It will be calculated and shown as required by the relevant jurisdiction.
