How it works
Five straightforward steps stand between you and your compensation. Here's exactly what to expect.
Start your claim online
~3 min · Free
Tell us what happened to your flight. A few simple questions cover everything we need — the route, the airline, the date, and the nature of the disruption. Our system runs an instant eligibility check in the background. Most people are done in under 3 minutes.
We check your eligibility
Instant · Free
Once submitted, your claim goes through a more thorough eligibility check — we look at the flight route, how long the delay was, the reason the airline gave, and which regulations apply. This happens automatically.
Check your email
~1 min · Free · Your response is needed
An email usually lands within 1–2 minutes of submission. Receiving it is a good sign — it means your claim looks like a strong candidate. Open it and follow the instructions to keep things moving. Without this step, your claim cannot go forward.
Send your documents
Free · Your response is needed
Reply to the email and attach your boarding pass and a copy of your passport or ID, unless you've already uploaded them online. You'll also sign a short claim mandate — this gives our partner the authority to contact the airline on your behalf. No payment is asked for at this stage.
Our partner starts the process
Zero risk
Our partner handles all contact with the airline — correspondence, follow-ups, and any disputes. There's no upfront cost. If the airline doesn't pay, you owe nothing. A fee is only deducted when compensation is successfully recovered. The exact terms — including the fee rate and any conditions — are set out in the claim mandate you sign in Step 4. That document is the binding agreement and governs how your claim is handled.
